Roasted zucchini with walnuts

1 kg. Zucchini
400 grams of walnuts
50 grams of coriander
50 grams of parsley
1 head medium onion
3 cloves garlic
2 pieces of green bitter pepper
3⁄4 Ch / c coriander seasoning
3⁄4Ch / K yellow flower
1⁄2Ch / k foreign seasoning
1 tbsp red pepper (or to taste)
10 tbsp vegetable oil to burn
50 ml. Boiled chilled water
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt to taste
Recipe preparation steps
Press the zucchini into 1 cm thick slices. Heat the oil in a pan and arrange the chopped zucchini. Cover and burn over medium heat. When it burns on one side, turn it over and burn it uncovered on the other side. Roast the remaining zucchini as well.
Transfer the fried zucchini to a bowl and refrigerate.
Put the garlic and walnuts in a meat grinder together and place in a medium bowl. Press onion, coriander and parsley. Press the green pepper (optional) and transfer to a bowl.
Add coriander seasoning, yellow flower, foreign seasoning, red pepper and salt. Mix 50 ml of boiled cooled water and 3 tbsp of white wine vinegar. Mix well.
Serving Rule 1: Transfer the fried zucchini to a large bowl of walnuts and mix well. Serve cold.
Serving Rule 2: Transfer enough walnuts to each slice of fried zucchini. Serve cold.
