How to make achma?

Recipe preparation steps:
Beat 5 eggs and pour 2 tbsp water. Mix well and add about 1. Kg of flour, or as much as you can knead. Knead the cool dough. Divide into 8 equal parts.

Roll the second layer thinly and throw it in boiling water, leave for 2-3 minutes, remove and transfer to a sum of cold water, remove and cool. Remove by hand or with a small sieve, squeeze and coat the first layer of margarine. This is how 6 layers should be prepared. The first and last eighth layers should be uncooked. Spread margarine on top of all 8 layers. Spread the cheese and divide evenly. Lay the 4th and 5th layers of margarine.

When you prepare it for baking, press it into pieces of the desired size.

Bake at about 200 C for 30 minutes, or over medium heat. Put it down in the oven first, then place it a little higher. Enjoy.
