Grate sulguni and Imereti cheese. Add butter, 1 egg and mix with a fork.

Separate the second egg yolk from the egg whites and beat.

Roll the khachapuri dough on a floured work surface, rest for 10 minutes and then roll it out into an oval shape. Spread the cheese mass on it and fold the edges to get a smooth shape.

Preheat the oven. Put some flour on a baking tray, place Ajara khachapuri on it, put it in the oven and bake for 12 minutes at a high temperature.

After this time, bake the beaten egg yolks in the baked dough, and beat the third egg in the cheese mass. Return the Adjara khachapuri to the oven and bake for an additional 3 minutes. Take it out and enjoy it deliciously!
